Deposits & Cancellations Policy:

25% Reservation Deposit Required:

We require a minimum deposit of 25% of the total balance of the rental.

This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, If you cancel we will retain your deposit for six months and it will be valid towards your next rental.

Deposits will only be taken using Credit Cards, this info will be

placed on file for future rentals.

Balance on the rental will be paid upon delivery and setup of the unit.

We will contact you the day before to give a estimated time of delivery,

at that time we will discuss weather conditions for the day of your 

event. If you chose to cancel at that time your deposit will be applied

​as noted above, once the rental is delivered there is NO REFUND OR

RAIN CHECKED GIVEN for any reason.

We ask all customers to do their part in monitoring the weather

​conditions in your area for the day of your event.
